Project Description

Luxborough Tower was designed by the London County Council architect’s department, influenced by Le Corbusier’s principles of design. The building was completed in 1969.

Curzon Property Limited acquired a one bedroom flat in the building and completed a full renovation to a high standard including retaining certain period details, using high quality fixtures and fittings and materials including terrazzo kitchen work surface, Italian terrazzo style porcelain shower room tiles and Marmoleum floor covering.

Before renovation, the flat had remained mostly unchanged since completion in 1969. The photos show the renovation after completion and the flat’s condition before commencement of works and during works.
