David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 20 years’ experience in residential and commercial property markets. Prior to forming Curzon, he held transactional and advisory roles with firms in Belfast and a leading international firm in London and Budapest, working with investors and developers throughout the UK and Continental Europe. David holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ulster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen.

Sara Duncan
Director
Sara has over 15 years pan-European experience in advisory and client-side roles, including real estate finance, development, investment strategy and risk management. Sara is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MPhil from the University of Reading.

Gaby Higgs
Consultant
Gaby is an ARB and RIBA Registered Architect who graduated with a 1st class honours degree from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. She has over 20 years post qualification experience across a range of residential and commercial projects with her practice Higgs Young Architects, established after winning the International Europan Competition. Gaby brings planning and conservation expertise in historic or complex inner city locations. She is currently undertaking a part time PhD in planning at the University of Westminster.
